Welcome to the new Oxygen Cloud support system!
This is a big change! We've moved off of Zendesk as a ticketing system over to Uservoice, which is a much better fit for us here, and will make us much more effective helping you! It may feel a little different, but all of your tickets are here, and there are plenty of features we'll be rolling out in the near future to make your experience with us the best it can be!
Not only that, but we've just opened up forum.oxygencloud.com to give us another channel to engage with our user community, and be able to gather your feedback (and more importantly, react to it!) as quickly as possible.
